2024 Goty Reddit Netherlands. Astro bot has, perhaps unsurprisingly, been crowned game of the year at the game awards 2024, beating out final fantasy 7 rebirth, balatro, and a few of the year's other. I think goty will come down to ff7 rebirth, hades 2, dragon's dogma 2, rise of the ronin (wild card) or metroid prime 4, if the rumours of it releasing this year are true.
Most of the other games listed here aren’t as highly regarded. I played it and really liked it, but i wouldn’t really be all that excited about it for goty or even just for the jrpg category.
